[WSBARP] Norwegian Probate-Estate Administration?

Dear List-mates,

PNC is an old client and member of my community.
His mother passed away in Norway and he seeks any kind of help or guidance as to how to approach the settlement of his mom’s estate.
Apparently, there is an estranged sibling in Norway with whom there is no contact.

I have recommended engaging a lawyer in Norway, but any suggestions or recommendations would be highly appreciated.
