[WSBARP] Looking for a Non-Profit Law consult

Hi, Listmates.
I know a person who is looking for some basic info on a potential non-profit entity they'd like to form. The mission would fall under "Social Welfare and Civic Advocacy" I think, so a 501(c)(4) type entity ("he said, feigning understanding to conceal the cursory Google search he hadn't even read all the way through"). They might want to consult with a lawyer who has worked with such an organization to find out if their idea is feasible.
Anybody know any names, including their own, of someone who could give an initial consult on the topic?
