Hello all,
I have a PC with a very sensitive occupation. This occupation potentially
puts the client in harm's way. The client's home address was published in
legal proceedings, resulting in a scary situation. The client is building
a new home and wants to keep its location as secret as possible, preferring
to use an out-of-state trust for this purpose. It is not being set up to
try to avoid creditors but for the purpose of avoiding
potential physical harm down the road. Because I am only licensed in WA, I
am hesitant to undertake this. I would like to know if anyone is interested
or has some insights on this matter based on a similar case they have
handled.
