Suzanne: If the easement does not involve compensation/consideration, then no REETA is required at all.

I do a lot of property transfers that are exempt from REET for various reasons but have not ever had a legal name change situation. Client needs to record an easement and now has a different name than when client took title. Curious which WAC exemption is typically used for this. None of the listed ones seem to apply.
