Client , a U.S. citizen, is leaving the majority of her $7,000,000 estate to 2 adult nieces who reside and are citizens of Japan. I am looking for someone familiar with japan's inheritance and gift tax structure. Definitely out of my wheelhouse. All advice or referrals are welcome.
