I will be frank; I don't recommend it. Friends today and enemies to tomorrow. It can come back and bite you on the rear end, you will sleep better at night.

Cordially,

Subject: [WSBARP] Stock conflict waiver form

Hi, Listmates.
My scenario is a couple who is divorcing cooperatively but needs to also cooperate on a separate matter. Their interests basically coincide but theoretically there could be a conflict.
Does anyone have a standard waiver of conflict of interest form I could take a look at, to cover me if I end up to working on the separate matter for both of them?
Much appreciated.

Best Regards,

Dave Culbertson
