[WSBARP] Appraiser in Texas (Bastrop County)

I have a client that MAY have a taxable estate and the variable is raw land
near Austin, Texas in Bastrop County, Texas.

The client thought they would be able to find someone to do an appraisal
but has struck out.  I am hoping that someone here may have contacts that
could help me get this process started.
