[WSBARP] Assignment of sale proceeds form for title company

All,

I need to draft a document assigning the net sale proceeds of a sale of real property. The Sellers will be assigned all the proceeds to an Estate and the title company is requesting an assignment signed by sellers. Before I dive into drafting myself, wondering if anyone has done that in the past and has a document I could crib?
