Hi Doug,

I’ve used CDR on several projects and have been pleased with their services.  Unfortunately, they don’t offer cost estimation services.  I’m specifically looking for an expert who can provide a cost estimate to perform a scope of repair prepared by another company (like CDR).  If anyone knows of an expert who provides costs estimation services (for a single-family residence in Tacoma), please let me know.

I am having trouble locating a construction cost estimator to provide pricing on a scope of repair prepared by another construction consultant.  The experts I’ve worked with in the past are either located in the Seattle area and/or only handle larger projects.  This is for a single-family residence in Tacoma.
