[WSBARP] Construction Cost Estimation Expert

Hi Doug,

I’ve used CDR on several projects and have been pleased with their services.  Unfortunately, they don’t offer cost estimation services.  I’m specifically looking for an expert who can provide a cost estimate to perform a scope of repair prepared by another company (like CDR).  If anyone knows of an expert who provides costs estimation services (for a single-family residence in Tacoma), please let me know.

I am having trouble locating a construction cost estimator to provide pricing on a scope of repair prepared by another construction consultant.  The experts I’ve worked with in the past are either located in the Seattle area and/or only handle larger projects.  This is for a single-family residence in Tacoma.  Scope of repair primarily involves windows and siding.
