[WSBARP] Norwegian Counsel - Estates

I am working on an estate plan for a local couple. One of their children lives in Norway and they do not expect her to return back to the US (she's been there over 17 years).  They do not want her substantial inheritance to be largely absorbed by the Norwegian government for taxes, and they would like to speak with an attorney who can advise them. I am hopeful that someone on these listservs can help.  Thank you.
