[WSBARP] Dumb question re tax sale

Craig,
I spoke with King County auditors recently on similar issue. I was told if
2022 is paid then foreclosure stops. Also, clients may be able to apply for
deferred taxes and the application stops foreclosure. I suggest talking to
the county where the sale is pending and see about options.
