[WSBARP] Permitting records Redmond

Ask the city for the address file for the condo. File a public records
request if necessary. You want both planning and building department
records. If a permit was issued, they will have a copy. Keep in mind that
the removal and replacement of exterior windows is exempt from permitting
if the size of the opening is not altered, although I don't know when that
exception was put into place. The building official would probably know.
