Colleagues, my client bought a condo in 2020. The unit includes new,
bigger-than-original windows installed by a prior owner, before he sold it
in 2005 to my client's immediate predecessor. The HOA now asserts that the
windows must go, in part because they were allegedly installed without
county permits. My client was informed by her seller that all permits were
in fact obtained.
Can anyone share any insight into how I would research the permitting
records of Redmond, WA? Thanks for any insight, of any kind!
Have a great Thanksgiving Week!!!
Craig
