Never mind! Thanks to a short exchange with David Meyer, I realized I was confusing the conveyance with the state registration; the property should be owned by the NV LLC. Thanks though 😊

Good morning,

A NV LLC is filing a foreign registration for WA and needs to use a dba, as the NV name is not available here.  How do I list the Grantee information? The Grantor is the property owner individually.

Do I list just the dba name, or “X LLC, a NV limited liability company, registered to do business in Washington as X-I?” or some other combination?  Thank you.
