[WSBARP] Erroneous Deed of Trust recorded on wrong property

I was actually going to say the same thing - but instead, US Senator.
While she serves, Patty Murray is one of the most senior Senators in the
entire US Senate. Her office has amazing case workers and staff people who
have "back office" phone lines to every single federal agency - even those
that have been gutted. To get things started you will need to get
authorization form submitted to the office (whether Senator or Congressman)
that gives you authority to talk with them about your client/their
constituent.

It's free. I won't promise they can fix it in time to save a locked in rate
- but it is worth a shot. If you have never called a Congressman/Senator
before - for these types of issues you call the DISTRICT office, not the DC
office.

I have had great luck with dealing with the IRS and Social Security when
bring in my representatives. However, seniority matters which is why I use
my own congressman Adam Smith or Senator Murray.

As a former congressional staffer from the 90's who took great pride (and
have kept the copious thank you notes) in helping constituents - don't
wait. Call now.
