While she serves, Patty Murray is one of the most senior Senators in the entire US Senate. Her office has amazing case workers and staff people who have "back office" phone lines to every single federal agency - even those that have been gutted. To get things started you will need to get authorization form submitted to the office (whether Senator or Congressman) that gives you authority to talk with them about your client/their constituent. </div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif">It's free. I won't promise they can fix it in time to save a locked in rate - but it is worth a shot. If you have never called a Congressman/Senator before - for these types of issues you call the DISTRICT office, not the DC office. </div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif">I have had great luck with dealing with the IRS and Social Security when bring in my representatives. I want to remove the lien, but I don't see a statutory provision under DOT statute RCW 61.24 with rules for removal of a frivolous/erroneous DOT. Nor under RCW 60, except maybe 60.70 for a nonconsensual common law lien? All I can think of is a slander of title claim, but that would be a longer process. What am I missing?
