[WSBARP] S Corp in Estate Planning

Anyone have expertise/experience and a few minutes to discuss drafting/planning related to client's S corp in their tax planning Will(s). This is not about succession planning, but making sure that we are including the necessary language in the Will/Credit trust to address this.

I'd love a few minutes of your time if this is an area you are comfortable sharing your knowledge/experience, and be doubly grateful for any language.

I simply don't have it come up often enough and would like to confirm what I think I know or get a refresher if anything has changed.
