Subject: [WSBARP] Employment Agreement for Financial Planner

I have a certified financial planner client who wants to hire a financial planner as an independent contractor.   Client needs protection that says that if the new planner leaves, he can't take any clients associated with the firm but can take clients generated by the new planner himself.  Looking for a form/template to use or to refer out.
