[WSBARP] Co-Tenancy Agreement

Was hoping someone has a Co-tenancy (or joint-tenancy type of) Agreement 
they wouldn’t mind sharing.

Mom and Dad are pooling funds with adult daughter and her husband to 
buy a house together that will be the personal residence of them all.
