[WSBARP] Referral to Hawaii Foreclosure Attorney

Hello Listmates,

I have a client who sold a Hawaii property on an installment contract. The property is located on the big island. The buyer/borrower failed to pay the last insurance premium and we don't expect they will pay an upcoming balloon payment either. Looking for a referral to Hawaii counsel who can send a default notice and initiate foreclosure proceedings.
