[WSBARP] How many tenants in common are needed to eject occupants

Listmates:
Father and two daughters own real property as equal tenants in common.
Father's mental state is in question. Power of attorney from father to
daughters is questionable as to bringing or participating in litigation.
Daughters want to remove unrelated occupants in the jointly owned property.
Do all three owners need to participate in the suit, or is 2 of 3 good
enough? Your thoughts
