If any of my fellow Listserver Members have had a case where a residential
property owner has been cited for installation of expensive artificial turf
(city ordinance prohibits more than 50% "lot coverage" and regards fake
grass as equivalent as concrete (despite superior drainage than real grass,
plus obvious water conservation), please let me know.
Also, wondering if the installer and/or manufacturer should know if the
jurisdiction where it is used restricts or limits use of artificial grass
before it puts it in.
It is my understanding that these municipal and even state restrictions are
growing more popular of late.
Thanks in advance for your responses.
Steve
