[WSBARP] HOA Buyer Screening

Good Morning Listmates,

I have a question regarding commercial units HOA wanting to enact a policy of criminal/credit screening for prospective buyers into their building. Is this allowable as long as it’s included in the CC&Rs/Declaration? It seems that RCW 64.38.130 allows for screening of tenants with certain restrictions but is silent as to buyers.
