[WSBARP] Multiple Grantees - who signs the REETA

I have been successful with just one person signing the REETA as long as 
the REETA grantees match the named grantees in the  Deed. I use by: 
___________ in the signature, as agent.  Get the others to appoint X 
person to sign on their behalf. Email will work. For your own records.
