[WSBARP] Multiple Grantees - who signs the REETA

Represent the PR who will sign the deed transferring estate property to
three heirs.  Do all three heirs have to sign the REETA, can one sign for
themselves and as agent for the others?  The heirs are scattered so mailing
the document would be a pain.  What have you done in this instance?
