Good morning!

I have a client looking for a trust litigator to help with an issue:
Family trust created upon mom and dad's death, holds property in Pioneer Square.  Trustee is a grandson-in-law, borrowed money against the property ($1M+) and the property is now in receivership.  Trust beneficiaries are just becoming aware of this and don't know where the money went, haven't seen an accounting in years and receive very minimal distributions from the trust, while the trustee is collecting a hefty admin fee.

Anyone interested in taking this on, or can provide a referral?
