<p class="MsoNormal">Family trust created upon mom and dad’s death, holds property in Pioneer Square. Trustee is a grandson-in-law, borrowed money against the property ($1M+) and the property is now in receivership. Trust beneficiaries are just becoming aware
of this and don’t know where the money went, haven’t seen an accounting in years and receive very minimal distributions from the trust, while the trustee is collecting a hefty admin fee.
