Listmates,  I have a PNC that was gifted a significant property from his mother to himself and wife.  Wife has incurred massive medical bills not covered by insurance.  PNC is looking for a way to protect the asset.  Not my wheelhouse.  Anyone out there with a  cloak of invisibility?
