[WSBARP] Off topic - referral re: Philippines

Thank you, Mark, I will pass that along. However, from what I am told, she
does not intend to become a US citizen and they intend to remain residents
of the Philippines. I'm wondering if location of the legal marriage makes a
difference as well.
