List Mates,  I have a long time developer client that has been informed by some un- named source that effective in December any King County home sold, that is located within a waterway setback must be demolished and rebuilt beyond the setback.  I am highly skeptical for a host of reasons, even in the alternative universe of King County,  but told her I would ask the hive.  Thanks, Craig
