[WSBARP] Forensic Accountant and Attorney Referral?

Potential client's business partner had an accountant who, as it turns out, was stealing money from the joint venture (not paying credit cards, not paying payroll taxes, etc., money missing)  The attorney investor partner seems to be dragging/stalling any investigation.  PC needs someone in the PC's corner because PC feels overwhelmed by attorney partner and needs to get to the bottom of this.  Anywhere along the I-5 corridor is good (and hopefully but not necessary, North of Seattle)  Small town business.
