This new provision states in building under 12 units my disclaim the statutory implied condominium warrants by given a written warranty 1 year, 2 year and 10 year.  Do you know if the standard 2-10 warranty that is sold meets these requirements.  The statute says the warranty must acknowledge that the warranty of quality must be included.  

Are there companies out there that meet those requirements.
