Friend [a US citizen] is seeking landlord tenant advice for a situation in Manchester, England.



She and boyfriend are renting a place, paid one year in advance, and unit has mold issues requiring them to live elsewhere.  They want out of the lease and some money back.



She said there are no attorneys who do tenant representation.



Perhaps it is called something else there.
