[WSBARP] foreclosure referral

Listmates,  I am looking for a foreclosure referral ( plaintiff side) that we are conflicted out of.   There is a dispute on the remaining balance which may or may not get negotiated out.   Person referred to needs to negotiate and failing that commence foreclosure.  I believe that it is a commercial property.   I am asking for a colleague that is retiring and we can't take it due to conflict.   Location is  Snohomish County.
