[WSBARP] Temporary License Agreement Language

The other problem we foresaw (maybe incorrectly) is that the county might
view an easement as changing the setbacks (and my client wants to build on
this lot)
Here is the sample I was given. Sorry it's in PDF; it was handed to me in
