[WSBARP] JTWROS/TIC Question

Haven't researched it, but reaching back to law school, I'm pretty sure you could add her as another JTWROS tenant, but would be worried about adding her without survivorship rights.

Hi Listmates,

Can a husband and wife who hold title as joint tenants with right of survivorship add their daughter as a tenant in common with a 1/3 interest, while retaining their JTWROS between themselves for the remaining 2/3?

Will this structure work, or would adding the daughter automatically sever the JTWROS and convert all interests to tenants in common? My research is yielding mixed results.
