[WSBARP] Off topic referral needed

Listmates,  client seeks assistance with UPS failure to deliver documents on time resulting in her not being able to board a cruise ship and suffering significant financial loss. My gut says she has no recourse but this is not my wheelhouse.  Anyone able to speak with her?
