[WSBARP] Referral - Property Tax Appeal for Contaminated Property

PC looking for tax counsel to represent PC in appeal of assessment for contaminated property.  County in question is not following the valuation processes described in the WAC/significantly overvaluing the property.  PC is aware of Harley Hoppe's shop but looking for tax counsel in consideration of formal judicial appeal.
