It is just like a car. There should be a title that they sign off on plus a bill of sale. There will also be an excise tax affidavit to be filed.

I believe the trustee can transfer title to the beneficiary at the DOL, fill out their bill of sale form, and also the MHETA form at the treasurer's office and that should be everything.

I need to transfer a mobile home, that will stay in the park, out of trust to a beneficiary. Is this done by a Bill of Sale, or an assignment? Would any of you have a document, that you could share, making such a transfer?
Thank you for your help.
