Beginning January 1, 2024, recording fees for most documents recorded in Washington will increase by $100.

Listmates:

Client obtained a default judgment; claim ultimately paid through defendant's bankruptcy.  Although the judgment was not recorded, it still shows up as a lien on defendant's property per title report.  A guess merely satisfying the judgment, in the court file, will remove the lien.  Is that your experience?
