[WSBARP] Purchase at Deed of Trust Sale - Evicting Prior Owner - Form of Summons

Listmates:

 

First time evicting prior owners of property sold at a deed of trust
foreclosure sale.  What form of summons is used?  This case is under RCW
59.12 so should not have to include all of the language regarding free legal
services required under 59.18.  However, looking at pre-covid UDA summons,
it talks in terms of Landlord terminating the tenancy and other language
that doesn't fit this situation.  Do any of you have a summons, you are
willing to share, that is tailored for this type of eviction?
