[WSBARP] Termination of Tenancy - Armed Forces Tenant

Dear All:

Landlord entered into a written residential lease agreement with a Tenant who is a member of the Armed Forces.  Prior to the end of the term, Landlord decides that he wants to sell the property and needs to terminate the tenancy - arguably under RCW 59.18.650.  Besides the requirements of this particular statute, what additional steps does the Landlord need to take because the Tenant is a member of the Armed Forces?
