Where the property is subject to a homestead and judgment was entered foreclosing a homeowners association assessment lien The period of redemption has expired and the purchaser at the sheriff's sale has obtained the sheriff's deed but the debtor is still on the property I assume that the appropriate remedy is an action for ejectment under RCW 7.28 and therefore would the remedy be asking the sheriff for wit of ejectment as opposed to a writ of restitution I'd appreciate the group's input on this question thank you
