[WSBARP] OfferGiants - The Leading Giants in House Buying

Listmates,

 

Instead of using local realtors, client signs a P & S with OfferGiants.
Although contract states the earnest money will be paid within 21 days after
signing, nothing has been paid.  It says closing is 30 days after the
inspection period expires.  The inspection period has expired.  Nothing has
happened except the OfferGiant guys keep calling client assuring client the
deal is still on.  Client wants out.  Have any of you dealt this outfit?  I
think the contract is gone, given no earnest money or closing.  Your
thoughts.
