[WSBARP] Re-Recording with Simplifile

When I re-record, we do a recorder's cover sheet as page 1 and then the
deed with the correction as page 2. You also have to do a REETA. In the
REETA you include the prior recording number and excise number.
That has worked for me to record online in the past.
