Hello All,

A friend is looking for recommendations for arbitration.

The issue is:

This is for the faulty construction of our $80k deck that has been 3yrs in the making. Breached contract 3mo into construction, deck construction began without permit, sub contractor wasn’t licensed in Kirkland when construction started, faulty engineering, breach of building code.
