Colleagues,

A PC in Grays Harbor County is requesting assistance with a "friendly" real estate transaction gone bad.  She agreed to let a friend move into a house she owns in Copalis Beach on a lease to own basis.  There is no signed lease or purchase and sale agreement.  The "tenant" has not paid rent or utilities.  PC wants to take whatever steps are necessary to remove the "tenant" from the house so she can list it.  I don't handle these types of actions.  All referrals will be forwarded.
