[WSBARP] Off-topic referral request

Hi all,

A family member had some damage to a relatively new sports car while
driving it on a track. One wheel came right off.  No personal injuries,
only property damage.  Signs point to defective manufacturing or defective
service during a recent tire upgrade at a big tire chain.

Any ideas on who might want to take on something like this?
