[WSBARP] Hive Mind Phone Systems Survey

We are looking to change our phone system (again).

We had Windstream, which worked great until they raised our monthly bill by 3x.

We switched to ESI at the recommendation of our longstanding phone consultant, which has been the opposite of great.

So do tell--the good, the bad, ugly.
